The cameraman describes the dead man as 'khaain' (traitor) and mentions the name of Bashar Al-Assad and says that this is what will happen to the 'traitors' who are supporting him.;amp;amp;amp;lang=en A video shows the abuses of a Syrian soldiers’ dead body in a street of Yabroud area on 25-4-2012 Update: It has been noticed that an edited version of this video is being circulated by the 'Free Syrian Army' as propaganda against the Syrian government. Without this damning speech it is being posted as an anti-government person killed by the government, with some going ridiculously as far as to say it was a peaceful protester, when in reality they themselves are filming the gruesome desecration of a murdered government soldier!!! The edited version ends at only 2.20 minutes (this version uploaded here is 3.19) in order to cut out the speech which comes after 2.20. Holy shit, a soldier stripped almost naked and towed around the city in a barbaric display by the 'Free Syrian Army', virtually a sight from the dark ages. Witches

Writer(s): Roald Dahl, Allan Scott. The Witches 1990 720p HDTV x264 - 1 CD - Download Subtitle. The Witches (1990) on Sky Movies - Nic Roeg's adaptation of Roald Dahl's fantasy stars Anjelica Huston and effects by Jim Henson's Creature Workshop.

Roald dahl the witches lesson plans

The film adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic ``The Witches' is a breathtaking spectacle that will delight a variety of viewers. Anjelica Huston is simply outstanding as 'The Grand High Witch.' She is the perfect actress to portray the dark, albeit laughable, character. Luke (Jasen Fisher) is a young boy living with his grandmother, Helga (Mai Zetterling). Mai is perfectly cast as the doting, adventuresome grandmother. Helga regales Luke with stories of witches, dangerous creatures who seek to harm children.

I particularly liked the lack of Americanization in this film, as opposed to a similar counterpart, the adaptation of ``Matilda.' The film stays true to the book for the majority.

Unfortunately, the happy ending, which was loathed by Roald Dahl himself, detracts from the seemingly perfect adaptation. In any event, 'The Witches' is sure to be a hit among kids (and adults as well). Anyone who has enjoyed the book is sure to enjoy this film version.
