Quite a few games run fairly well now in large part thanks to the recent implementation of the CPU JIT compiler, but there are a lot of graphical and audio issues.
Basically, don't expect it to run games perfectly. To prevent Citra from running above 60 FPS, enable V-Sync under Emulation - Configure - Graphics within Citra.
